Femi Akinde and Mike Koss are changing the way tech bootcamps are done. HNG Internship provides free coding training for about 25,000 students in Nigeria and other African countries. They were offering zero hurdles to people getting the skills. It was local kids getting skills.

So Ali has been reaching out to Latino, African American, East African and Muslim community and religious organizations to find students eager to transition to tech careers.
